Remove Attack / Buff Delay

Freeze this address 01066924 to 11(default value of 0). If you do so the delay will be removed (incl. attack delay) so you can train your buff faster. But if you spam it too hard you will get disconnected. This value represents what your character does i.e. casting,attacking,nothing,etc.. This value does not act like the normal delay value in ms, it completely removes the delay. Also when you train put you're skill to cheng 1 so it will cost you less VE.
