    Wrath of Lich King Launch is Biggest Ever

    It's official, the Wrath of the Lich King was the biggest retail game launch for a MMORPG in history.

    It hit the record for biggest entertainment launch in UK history when it hit the shelves at midnight last Wednesday.

    There were people camping outside stores for, in some cases, days before official launch.

    Blizzard's latest expansion to its popular MMORPG outsold the previous recordholder, which also happened to be a World Of Warcraft add-on, by almost 1,000 units.
