Instructions :
1) Put the File In a Folder on Your Desktop or Wherever is Easy Access.
2) Run the .exe first, or else it will not work properly.
3) Run Your Launcher
4) Have Fun !

Hotkeys :
Alt+1 - Attack Speed
Alt+3 - Move Speed
Alt+5 - God mode
Alt+7 - Partial VAC
Alt+9 - Partial Bot (Auto Attack / Auto Pill )
Ctrl+1 - Bypass Attack Speed
Ctrl+3 - Bypass Movement Speed
Teleport Hack To Move Anywhere - Ctrl+2
(Command "/movezone")
(You can also see levels of people above their head)
Update: This is going to be patched very soon, so hurry and overuse this, before it does!
