Support from the developer was limited to being told to look at the forums which were not helpful in my case because there was no guide to setup the bot for my character; even though the class I play is listed as supported. The marketing is also misleading on this site and theirs. The page implies there are 2 versions a free and premium. From what I can tell there is no free version and the cost is monthly(which is conveniently not mentioned clearly anywhere). On top of that there is no easy way to cancel your subscription via the D2RAssist site. A ticket must be opened with support or the payments have to be blocked manually via PayPal. Note you are required to give them your PayPal even when making a free trial account that auto debits money once the trial ends with no obvious way to stop this from happening. Over all, the programs seem to work fine but the business practices are scummy if not full blown scam like. My advise is to stay away from all D2RAssist products until they work on better customer service and being less shady."
