Ok this seems to work because blizzard recently added a "kill 50 mobs" part of this bounty. So here's what you do:
1. Find Jar of Souls bounty on T6.
2. Run through and do not kill anything.
3. Smash the Jar and you will get the Bounty XP.
4. Return to town and set difficulty to T5 or lower.
5. Go back and clean out the 50 mobs.
6. It will reward you the bounty XP once again.
7. Enjoy!
This was JUST working on NA. Feedback from others appreciated.
