Power level guide.

You can still be powerleveled quite easily, if you have a good friend who is high level / geared.

Friend kills malth for you (unlocks adventure) this step i think is actually optional

Friend makes a level 1 character

Friend creates level 1 game at torment 6

You join game with your level 1 character

Friend makes you party boss and leaves game

Friend joins game on his level 70 and starts killing mobs on same map as you (do bounties til you have a rift key, then do rift).

You are now being powereleveled.

If your friend is competent at 70-t6 you will hit lv70 in a half hour or less.
