Massive Status + Quick Profession Leveling

Doing rush orders in crafting at level 74 has given me approximately 13,800 status every 5 minutes (that's how long it takes me to complete a rush order). That also gives 1380 status to the guild every rush order. Add on top of this that using the skill potion you get for longevity in the game (additional 55%), I made a level every 10 crafts! If you have vitality on top of that I'd assume it'd be even better.

If you farm the raws yourself (I don't) you actually make money on the deal because you get your fuel costs back for the rush order. I can see how with a half dozen guild members who don't craft but would send the crafters the raws could get a guild very high very quickly using this. And, you'd have a ton of status to buy whatever you want.

I'm pretty sure the status scales upwards from level 1 - 80, but I can't think of nor heard anything in the game that will give you personal status faster than this.
