After each key press the options will let you know with an audio 'ENABLED'
and when the user terminates you will hear a 'DISABLED' sound
                                              
                                              
  TRAINER NOTES!!!!!              
  Press the keys below for operation :)

  Press the F1 Key for   -  Health  
  ======================================= 
                 
  This will set your HEALTH to 999
  to terminate  simply hit the key again 
                                              
  Press the F2 Key for  - TEAM Health      
  ======================================        
                 
  This will give all your team the maximun health 
  turn it on and off at your leisure
  to terminate  simply hit the key again  
 
  Press the F3 Key for - Unlimited Ammo   
  ==============================
  Totally unlimited ammo!!
  Never have to stop to reload again 
  a MUST HAVE when faced with 100 zombies
  Heading your way 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again
   
  Press the F4 Key for -  Speed

  Excellent Option that gives you 3x times  increase to movement speed! 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again to restore your normal  speed
        

  Press the F6 Key for -  Jump

  Excellent Option that gives you 3x times  increase to your jump! 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again to restore your normal  speed
  Note:! 
  Both your health and team health will auto enable when you have this
  option activated 
        
  Press the F7 Key for -  1 Hit Kill 
  ======================================================

  Kill any zombie with a single shot! 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again
        
  Press the F8 Key for -  Giant Zombies 
  ======================================================

  Fun option, once activated the zombies double in size! 
  bring them back to size with a few well aimed shots 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again
        
  Press the F9 Key for -  Freeze Zombies 
  ======================================================

  this will only freeze the special zombies, not the normal zombies 
  we thought that freezing ALL ZOMBIES, would totally destroy the game 
  and came up with an idea, where you can freeze ther MAIN SPECIAL ZOMBIES 
  Zombies such as , the charger, the smoker, that pukey guy and the rest of the 
  special ability ones 
  once activated they will not come and attack you, they are frozen to the spot
  quite handy cos that JOCKEY is a right pain the the arse :) 
  to terminate  simply hit the key again
        
  Press the F10 Key for -Mark your Game Position

  You can Mark your current position in the game

  Press the F11  Key for -Recall your Game Position    
  ======================================
  No point being able to Mark your game pos if you can't recall it is there :-)
  Now, when you hit the recall key, it will instantly take you back
  to your previous Marked position,
