Easy Farming: Sapphire Shards

Naegarch, in the Rath Teraig spider area, drops a sapphire shard every kill. The cycle is kill once, instant repop, kill again, 6-10 minute wait, and repeat.
Sapphire shards are selling for 100-200s on the two servers I play on. In an hour, you should score 10-15. And get your spider-slaying deed done.

Make that a three minute timer, with a rare PH spawn. It's in the SE 'corner'.
