You need MyBot for this.
Make sure your logged on into a map where you think/know somebody will drop something.
Have maple in windowed mode and in the black screen or white screen of MyBot type in BlockID 26 (CaSe SenSitVe)
Follow the other person around until he drops and loot normally. On their screen your still in the spot where you were when you set the Packet and It will look like the items flew to you.
If you over use this you'll get a/bed.
Relog after each use.
