No Open Beta for Aion North America

Aion, which is in BETA testing in Asia, will not have an open beta in North America it has been confirmed, but rather short 'preview events'.
This comes amid staff reshuffling in Aion developer NCsoft.
Also, the Aion developer blog hasn't been updated since 27th of August 2008.
