You might need .NET Framework 3.5 to make this work so I included the download link for .NET Framework at the bottom of this page.

-Start Perfect World
-Refresh Process List
-If Client Window is found it will be added on list. Click on its PID.
-Enter the Tabs Name.
-Setup your bot.

F12: Start or stop bot on active client window.
INSERT: Add current target id from active client window for the current player.

Default Base Address and Offsets are from MY-EN server.
If you want to customize Base Address and offsets click on "Set your custom offsets" and restart your application.
