How to unfreeze Client with CE ( PWI )

Description
Since its very handy for me while i bot and do other stuff on my desktop in the meantime. I decided to put a lil noob guide here. And yes i know there are fixed element.exe around but for those who don't trust in that its a way to feel a bit saver. This should work for every Server but as i only play on PWI i can only provide u with the Address of that server. I don't know the other servers add...
