some of the stuff from this video might be different from my instructions but you can look at both to find out which ever one works best for you
*****PERFECT WORLD INTERNATIONAL*****
what you do is go to Start, Computer, Local Disk (C:), Games,
Perfect World International, element, userdata, character, customize, 31.
Please note that you have to make a venomancer to do this and how this works is make a veno and make the hair color the color you want your tail to be then save your setting in Saved Presets and then open the 31 file by double clicking it scroll all the way down to [Body] make sure the the BodyID number is 4 or this might not work and then goto Bodycolor and delete the numbers delete the numbers for Bodycolor now go to [Color] copy the Haircolor numbers into the Bodycolor and then save it then go back to perect world and click on your saved file to refresh it and you should have a colored tail *Note White Does Not Work*
