Description
Program that will allow you to cast anything ignoring the cooldown timers.
Instructions
This only works after the first cast timer is up. So what you do is cast the spell like normal then try to cast it again this creates false timers, after the first spell cooldown timer is over you will be able to chain cast the power every sec.
