Ways of obtaining money...

First, you can keep grinding in areas that give good high level equips and quite expensive loots. Like in Abertal, Topolo Durga, Bahia Island (Island of Fire), Bahamas, etc. Your also going to need some pots(potions) to live if you are having a hard time, but the scout is enough for me.
Second, you can sell the items you get from the areas where you grind to MM(Market Manager), Personal Shop (Ctrl + n) or to the NPC, whatever level it may be, whatever stats... As long as you don't overprice.
Third, you can turn the items with stats that you get, into Enhancement Chips. 3 items with stats = 1 enhancement chip. The lvl of the enchancement chip depends on the items you put in.
