So as of typing by now,
gear such as Nyalotha and PVP do not have any LVL Req. in Beta or PTR.
LVL 10 fully geared ilvl 60 twink
So if this stays in the Game, go get them BOE from the AH
Seems to be FIXED
But we have to see what the Prepatch will hold for use cause another one seems to still work.
Trading from lvl 50 to lvl 10 in a dungeon.
