Otherworld for Vulpera

Just discovered an Otherworld exploit for the Vulpera race.

it relates to their racial ability(abilities) Make camp / Return to camp.

after making a camp, then returning to it, you're put into a vehicle, that rides a short distance to your camp, and drops you off. I was frustrated by the wait to regain character control, so I did a UI reload while on the vehicle.

After UI reloaded, I was unable to mount initially ("you can't do that while moving") but was able to after using the monk Zen Flight ability. was able to use skills.

NPCs near where I appeared were physically present, but I was unable to turn in a quest. when I flew away from the area, I found that no mobs were spawning. did a UI reload and it did not clear the otherworld. I had to /exit (it was instant, as if in a safe zone because my camp was in a safe zone) and upon logging back in, I was back at my camp again, and everything was back to normal.
