I noticed while leveling an alt that in Nagrand, if you complete a world quest in the usual party sync method, then disable and enable party sync and the quest will be available again. Only works in nagrand for some reason, but ive gone up 3 levels in about half an hour doing this. When you do the quest after the first time you'll have to stay in party sync (level 100) but its still easy and efficient.
Does this still work?
