In Nazjatar there's a WQ called 'The Lords of Water' you can see and farm herbs/ores whilst in this form and it's super fast, has an op heal and can 1 shot anything around.
Just make sure you create a raid so you don't get progress on the WQ, the area is pretty large so you can do a decent farm if not many are around.
