For the achievement you have to win 3 consecutive duels without leaving the Dueler's Guild.
Now that everyone is leveling, set up your alt account, queue together and you'll probably be set up against yourself.
Not every kill counts if you kill the same char again. But it's still pretty easy to get it now.
