Log in with another PC Trade weapon and have your new account use 500% refinement potion- trade back to your main your newly refined weapon Rinse and repeat (be warned as of right now trading is bugged, you lose items, so use a stand or drop on ground to trade items and dont trust anyone else other then yourself or a friend on another PC next to you) ENJOY refinements that hardly ever fail.
