I am currently buying Runescape Coins, per million I will send you .80/Cents, with the minimum buy per person is 10million coins.  Payment will be, and ONLY available by Paypal.  I do not use any other systems of payment. 

During Transactions on Runescape and Paypal, either buying or selling, I will not go first.  Do not ask me to go first, do not message me if you want me to go first or only will trade if I go first.

For Purchasing coins, I will show you if you like of how much I have to sell or how much you would like to purchase beforehand.
